Refund and Returns Policy

Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Timeframe:

You must submit a return/exchange request within 2 calendar days of receiving your order (based on the delivery confirmation date). Late requests will not be accepted.

Product Condition:

Items must be undamaged, unused, and in resalable condition (no scratches, cracks, or signs of use).

Original packaging, accessories (e.g., certificates, protective materials), and labels must be included.

Valid Reasons:

Returns/exchanges are accepted for damaged items during transit, misdescribed products, or quality issues (evidence required).

Non-Eligible Cases: Custom-made items, final sale products (marked as non-returnable), or damage caused by misuse.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Return/Exchange Process

Email service@chinateacharm.com with the subject line: “Return/Exchange Request + [Order Number]”.

Include in your email:

Order number, product name, and reason for return/exchange.

Photos/videos clearly showing the product’s condition.

Approval:

We will review your request and respond via email within 1-2 business days.

If approved, we will provide a return address and instructions.

Ship the Item:

Ship the item within 2 calendar days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Use a trackable shipping service and pack the item securely. (Note: We are not liable for damage due to improper packaging.)

Inspection & Refund:

We will inspect the returned item within 3 business days of receipt.

If the product meets our return criteria, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Important Notes

Exchanges are limited to the same product. If unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative item of equal value.

Refunds cover the product price only (excluding original shipping fees, taxes, or return shipping costs).

If the item does not meet return criteria, we will notify you and arrange to return it at your expense.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
